I have been in the construction industry since the early 80's starting as an accounting clerk then a project accountant.

 

From there I went into the field as an administrative assistant  and ended up the project superintendant on the same project.  From there all is history.

 

I went on to work on three multi-family projects. Next were inner city housing - 60 houses in all between Cleveland, Painesville and Columbus, OH.

 

Next were a chain of restaurants in Montrose, Canton, Columbus, Mentor, OH and Alparetta, GA.

 

Then there was a tech school - a new addition along with a remodel with the school still in session.

 

Renovation of a 32 room home - this was fun.  Not only were there subcontractors to deal with but some 30 interior designers and 10 plus landscape contractors.

Big Box renovations throughout the entire eastern portion of the U. S.  Do you know where London, KY is??  This went on for two years.

 

Lastly to retail renovations in cities such as Grapevine, TX, San Antonio, TX, Farmington Hills, CT, Bethesda, MD, Merrick, NY (what a joy...Long Island) and Beachwood, OH.
